Return Policy:  Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usuage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. ( All items with SKU numbers ending in CC must call 1-800-969-7417 All other items should call Customer Service Department 1-866-446-1577.  Give your invoice number.  We will send out a replacement at no charge. When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-addressed envelope ARS( Authorized Return Sticker) or CT (Call TAg) Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to the address given. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days of shipment.
